HUMAN EVOLUTION STAGE II

GREETINGS AND SALUTATIONS,
We are pleased to inform you that after many millennia you have passed a standard and can now be accepted as one of 'US'. 'WE' have always been with you as observers and have often attempted to improve human existence and the inherit defects of human existence. On November 4, 2008 the peoples of the United States of America elected a dark skinned person as its Commander in Chief and have so impressed us with the human ability to pass 'the humanoid race test' that we are now going to open a series of psychic gates which will allow access to higher realms of scientific, engineering and philosophical knowledge.
We believe that humans will now be able to handle this knowledge benignly. Release of this knowledge is still not without risk as the past history of humans is still sordid and filled with depravity. But the human experiment is now showing signs of success and we will take the risk.
This is my first communication with you, there will be more.
